Tech Deals

Nomad Base One Max 3-in-1 MagSafe Charger (1st Gen) for $95 ($55 off)Nomad

The Nomad Base One Max is one of our favorite Apple 3-in-1 wireless chargers. This deal is for the first-generation version, which is almost the same as the newer version we recommend. The only difference is that the newer version doesn't have fast charging for the Apple Watch. This model will still top off your compatible iPhone, AirPods, and Apple Watch reliably and quickly—just not as fast as possible. It's a fair trade-off. This deal is part of a larger overstock sale at Nomad.

Roborock Q5 Pro+ Robot Vacuum for $480 ($220 off)—Clip the CouponAmazon

This is a match of the best price we've seen for the best robot vacuum—including deals from past Cyber Monday and Black Friday sales. The Roborock Q5+ (9/10, WIRED Recommends) has everything you could want from a robot vac. The model that's on sale has a detachable mop pad, slightly better suction, and improved run time and dustbin size. It'll quickly and efficiently clean up your floors without much assistance from a human.

Apple Watch Series 9 Smartwatch for $300 ($100 off)AmazonBest Buy

The Apple Watch Series 9 (7/10, WIRED Review) is the best smartwatch for iPhone owners. This deal matches one of the lowest prices we've tracked. It's got all the features you'd want, including fitness and sleep tracking, automatic fall detection, and quality-of-life improvements (like onboard Spotify controls or Siri-powered kitchen timers). Check out our Best Apple Watch Accessories and Best 3-in-1 Apple Chargers guides for helpful accessory recommendations.

Amazon Kindle Scribe Essentials Bundle (64 GB) for $324 ($196 off)Amazon

The Amazon Kindle Scribe (8/10, WIRED Recommends) is gosh-darn expensive. But this price matches a low we've seen just once before, and the bundle comes with a Premium Pen stylus and a leather folio adapter. Considering that the base model with a basic pen and less storage costs $340, this is a great deal. It's the best Kindle for note-taking, and it's still a good e-reader. But if you aren't dead set on the Scribe, you might want to wait for Prime Day in a couple of weeks. This will probably still be on sale, and cheaper models might get discounted too.

Home and Outdoor Deals

Bear Elite Hybrid Mattress + Free Accessories for $1,499 ($804 off)—Use Code JULY4THBear

Enter coupon code JULY4TH to get 35 percent off our favorite mattress for side sleepers. WIRED commerce director Martin Cizmar returns to this hybrid mattress again and again. It provides enough cushion and support without being too soft or too firm, and it'll keep you cool throughout the night. This deal comes with free pillows, a free sheet set, and a free mattress protector.

Helix Midnight Luxe Hybrid Mattress for $1,662 ($712 off)—Use Code JULY30Helix

Use code JULY30 to get this hefty discount, plus two free pillows. You'll see a 25 percent discount automatically applied to your cart, but using code JULY30 gets you an even better deal. This matches the discount we saw during Memorial Day sales. The Helix Midnight Luxe is our favorite mattress. There are different firmness levels to choose from based on your sleeping preference, and the hybrid mattress construction gets rid of pressure points as well as that “sinking” feeling you can get on all-foam models.

Leesa Sapira Hybrid Mattress for $1,399 ($300 off)Leesa

Leesa’s Sapira Hybrid is another fantastic mattress. It doesn’t drop this low in price very often. It’s firm, but not too firm, and it’s got different types of coils to help keep your body aligned. You might want to spring for the Leesa Sapira Chill for an extra $112—it’s a great option for folks who tend to sleep hot, thanks to a fabric cover that whisks heat away.

Buffy Breeze Sheet Set for $140 ($30 off)—Clip the CouponAmazonBuffy ($156)

We love these eucalyptus sheets. They're light and airy, and they'll keep you cool enough in the summer and warm enough in the winter. If you struggle with night sweats, these slippery, cooling sheets might be just the thing you need to get a good night's sleep.

Buffy Breeze Comforter for $180 ($45 off)—Clip the CouponAmazonBuffy ($196)

This is my favorite comforter. I've used it for years, and it's held up well. The eucalyptus construction stays cool and breathable, even on hot summer nights. I'm one of those people who can't sleep without a blanket, no matter how warm it is outside. This comforter solved my sleep woes, and I don't know if I'd ever be able to live without it.

Buffy Wiggle Pillow for $87 ($22 off)Buffy

This gigantic body pillow is like a big, floppy worm. You can curl up with it, weave it around your body, or use it for extra support if you're lounging around watching TV. It's also made using 55 plastic bottles.

Cozy Earth Bamboo Sheet Set for $277 ($122 off)—Use Code WIREDCozy Earth

Use coupon code WIRED to snag a discount on these excellent, luxurious sheets. They're recommended in our lists of the Best Sheets and the Best Cooling Sheets. These bamboo sheets are cool when you first get into bed, but they quickly warm up (without getting too hot). We've only seen them drop lower than this in price a couple of times before.

The Regulator Cooling Sheets for $158 ($41 off)—Use Code FIREWORKS24My Sheets Rock

These bamboo rayon sheets received an honorable mention in our Best Cooling Sheets guide. They're cool and silky to the touch, and they're available in a wide range of colors. They wick away moisture, too, so you won't wake up sweaty.

REI 4th of July Sale: Up to 40 Percent OffREI

REI is hosting a big sale for Independence Day, with deals spanning all sorts of categories, including camp kitchen gear, cycling gear, and some excellent packs. We'll highlight a few individual deals in this story, but if you want to browse for yourself, here's the link. Our dedicated story has more recommendations.

REI Half Dome SL 2+ Tent for $244 ($105 off)REI

We saw this excellent deal back on Memorial Day, but today's price beats it by a whole dollar. This is the very best two-person backpacking tent on the market. It's durable and easy to set up, especially thanks to the symmetrical rainfly and interchangeable poles, and it includes a footprint—an unfortunate rarity these days. The tent weighs just under 4 pounds when it's all packed down.

REI Co-Op Siesta Hooded 20 Sleeping Bag for $97 ($42 off)REI

Another Memorial Day sale match, this is a great price for our favorite sleeping bag for car campers. It's usually pretty affordable, but this deal combined with the bag's perfect summer compatibility means now would be a smart time to buy. It's warm, but it won't make you too hot during summer nights, and the two zippers and hood mean you can adjust airflow for your desired sleeping temperature.

Zenbivy Bed 25-Degree Sleeping Bag for $232 ($79 off)Zenbivy

The Zenbivy Bed 25 (9/10, WIRED Recommends) made me like camping again. I always struggled to sleep in a sleeping bag, but the quilt-and-sheet design of this sleep setup means I stay comfy—even if I want to stick one foot out from under the covers, or toss and turn like a goblin. As Scott Gilbertson says in his in-depth review, this system feels almost like your bed at home.

Kelty Bestie Blanket for $19 ($6 off)REI

Kelty makes fantastic outdoor blankets. The Bestie is soft and lightweight, and it's easy to pack down into the included stuff sack. The dimensions are a bit unconventional—approximately 76 x 42 inches—which means this polyester blanket is best for one person, or a couple of smaller people lounging on the ground.

Rumpl Original Puffy Recycled Blanket for $66 ($44 off)Rumpl

Many WIRED Gear writers swear by Rumpl blankets. Prices vary by color and size, but you have many glorious options to choose from, and most of them are on sale. This blanket is made of recycled 30-denier ripstop polyester, so it's durable and lightweight. It's also packable and includes a stuff sack.

Branch Ergonomic Office Chair for $296 ($33 off)Branch

We don't usually see better price drops on our favorite office chair. This model from Branch will work well for most people. It has tons of different adjustments, from the seat depth to the recline level to the armrest length. It's also very easy to assemble, and it'll work no matter how tall (or short) you may be.

Osprey Farpoint 40 Travel Pack for $139 ($46 off)REI

This is marketed as a men's pack, but I (a short woman) had no trouble using it during a three-week trip to five countries. Aside from a purse, this was the only bag I brought, and I still use it regularly almost six years later. It's got storable backpack straps, padded handles, and a ton of pockets. It stays comfortable and breathable if you're carrying it on your back, and there's even a padded compartment for your laptop, tablet, e-reader, or Nintendo Switch.

Solo Stove Bonfire 2.0 Fire Pit + Popcorn Popper for $225 ($75 off)—Use Code SAVEMORESolo Stove

We've seen slightly better discounts in the past, but if you're in the market, this is the best firepit we've tested. (And to be clear, this isn't a bad deal, it's just not the best we've ever seen.) It measures 19.5 inches wide and 15 inches tall, so it's portable enough that you can take it to the beach or your buddy's house. If you don't mind shelling out a bit more, the bundle (on sale for $315) includes some essential accessories, including a lid—we recommend having a lid if you leave your firepit outside for extended periods.

Solo Stove Yukon Essential 2.0 Bundle for $500 ($200 off)—Use Code SAVEMORESolo Stove

This is another excellent firepit. The Solo Stove Yukon (7/10, WIRED Review) is huge, coming in at 27 inches wide, so there's room for everyone to gather around and roast some marshmallows. It’s also extremely durable. We wouldn't call it portable, due to its sheer size, but you can scoot it around your place with no issue. This bundle comes with a stand and a lid.

BioLite FirePit+ Smokeless Portable Firepit for $188 ($62 off)AmazonBioLite

The FirePit+ is a great firepit as well as a great portable grill. It has a rechargeable 10,400-mAh battery, so you can control the built-in air jets (or charge your phone in a pinch). You can also control the flames and airflow from your phone using Bluetooth. This deal comes within $15 of the best price we've tracked.

Health, Fitness, and Apparel Deals

Rad Power RadRunner 2 Ebike for $1,199 ($200 off)Rad Power

The RadRunner 2 is a well-rounded, affordable utility bike. It's sturdy and stable, but it'll still scoot around quickly. The tires are small and chunky, so they can handle bumps with ease, and the step-through frame won't deter short riders. There's a reason these bikes are so popular. They're good on their own, and there's room for all sorts of accessories (many of which are also discounted right now).

Woom 4 MicroShift Kids Bike for $549 ($50 off)Woom

This is our very favorite bike for kids. Woom is holding a sitewide sale offering $25 or $50 off, depending on how much you spend. We recommend a few different models, but the Woom 4 is a solid model for kids learning how to shift. This bike has a MicroShift feature that allows kids to switch gears with a flick of the wrist. It's also relatively lightweight. This bike is good for kids starting at 45 inches tall. (There's a bike sizer tool to help you be sure.)

Guardian 20-Inch Small Kids Bike for $289 ($50 off)Guardian

This deal is part of a larger sale at Guardian, makers of some of the best kids' bikes. This bike is meant for kids starting at 43 inches tall, and it has the best brake system out of all the many models we tried. It only has one handbrake, which always triggers the rear brake first. That means it's impossible for kids to accidentally squeeze the wrong brake and end up flipping through the air—a good way to build confidence when kids are still learning the ropes. Er, handlebars.

TomboyX Clearance: Prices From $8TomboyX

TomboyX makes some of our favorite gender-neutral clothing. The brand's inclusive sizing goes up to 6X, and while we particularly like its underwear and bras, you can also save big on reversible swimwear, compression tops, and shorts.

Halara Easy Peezy Dress for $40 ($15 off)Halara

I fell prey to this dress after getting ads for it constantly on TikTok, and unfortunately, despite my initial skepticism, I love it so very much. (I'm wearing it right now.) It's cute, it's got built-in shorts (with pockets!!), and there's also a built-in bra. Getting dressed has never been easier … or peezier. We also tried and liked the Everyday Dress, which is on sale for the same price.

Deals on Everything Else

Happy Planner: Up to 75 Percent OffHappy Planner

We love Happy Planner paper planners. They're our top pick for weekly planners. They're adorable and fun to use, but they're also intuitively designed, with room for to-do lists, schedules, and general life organization. This sale spans planners as well as add-ons like stickers and washi tape.

Steam Summer Games SaleSteam

This massive sale is running through 10 am PT on July 11. So many games are featured that it's impossible to list them all. But if you're a gamer with a wish list, it's worth checking to see whether any of those titles are discounted. Might I recommend Unpacking, a short and sweet puzzle game that'll probably make you cry?

Beachwaver B1 Rotating Curling Iron for $69 ($30 off)AmazonBeachwaver

The Beachwaver B1 (8/10, WIRED Recommends) went viral on TikTok, and WIRED reviewer Brenda Stolyar says it lives up to the hype. Clamp your hair, press the button, and the tool will automatically wrap your hair around the wand. It's beginner-friendly and lightweight, and it'll shut off automatically when you're done styling. We've seen it drop to as low as $49 for Black Friday, but this deal is still pretty good.

Calpak Mini Diaper Backpack with Stroller Straps for $152 ($14 off)Calpak

This deal is part of a larger sale at Calpak. We really like Calpak's Mini Diaper Backpack as an option for a diaper bag that won't always be a diaper bag. It has low interior pockets for all of the essentials, and there's enough room inside that you can tote around a small laptop or, in reviewer Nena Farrell's case, your Dungeons and Dragons loadout. This bundle comes with straps that allow the bag to hang from a stroller.

Rancilo Silvia Pro Dual-Boiler Espresso Machine for $1,049 ($50 off)Seattle Coffee Gear

The Rancilo Silvia Pro (7/10, WIRED Recommends) delivers professional-grade espresso and has a slim, unobtrusive profile that won't take up a ton of space on your countertop. There's a built-in temperature gauge and shot timer, and the controls are straightforward. It's a bit slow when you're switching from steaming to pouring hot water, but we still think it's a worthy get—especially at this price. Our Espresso Maker buying guide has additional recommendations.
